Education & Outreach: Promoting Youth Organizing

To promote understanding, interest in and support of youth organizing among funders, the FCYO continues to:

• Create and leverage cross-learning opportunities about youth organizing among funders, youth organizing groups, intermediaries and others to support and strengthen the overall field through conference sessions, funders' briefings, teleconference series and other focused programming;

• Provide consulting and technical assistance for strategizing and supporting youth organizing;

• Produce, consolidate and disseminate knowledge about youth organizing through research, Occasional Paper Series, Pipeline and other literature to a broad audience; and,

• Cultivate strategic partnerships, funder leadership and infrastructure to ensure long-term commitment and support of youth organizing.
