We're Hiring a Learning & Development Associate!

FCYO seeks a highly organized and passionate candidate with a commitment to youth leadership and social change to join our team in a new Learning & Development Associate position! Reporting to the Learning & Development Director, this role will help scale FCYO’s role as a knowledge-building institution by supporting both our learning and evaluation activities as well as our institutional fundraising.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and data-driven and bring strong writing skills, have familiarity with mixed-methods research and/or grant writing experience, and an understanding of and commitment to youth organizing. Most critically, the Learning & Development Associate will align with the belief that documenting our learning is an essential component of building stronger movements and be motivated to gather the pieces and parts necessary to develop compelling research publications and grant proposals.
